Sublime killed - Matisyahu rocked - Pepper sucks
Matisyahu did a very good job, sure. I wasn't familiar with his music, but have been told over the years that his live show is worth the time and money. Nice job. He definitely delivered. I bought 2 albums the next day!
Overall, an awesome night since Matisyahu and Sabaton were the last two performances! Sublime played a few of the new tracks from YOURS TRULY album, which I was hoping to see more of, but it was still great since they were in the best form I have seen them. Eric Wilson was even enjoying himself. At some shows, the only drawback can be that he seems bored at times. However, he threw out a tambourine to the crowd and I caught it... so yea!
We caught Pepper and I wasn't bummed since they suck, but we missed Dirty Heads, so who cares. They suck, too. Their only good songs are from albums IN WITH THE OLD and KONA TOWN, and they totally changed up the songs they played from those albums, which is a bad idea in my opinion. If they are trying to gain fans, then playing their best songs verbatim might be a good idea. I understand they've played them 1000 times the old way, but their new stuff just sucks.
